Early Satellite Voting

There are a variety Satellite locations in Polk County where you can vote early -- between October 17 and October 26.. The day(s) and hours of each Satellite Location varies, so view this PDF to see details.

Tuesday, November 5: Election Day.

Polls open 7:00 am - 8:00 pm.

Absentee Ballots must physically be in the Polk County Election Office by 8 PM (postmarks do not count) or surrendered at polling location

Absentee Ballots by Mail must be received by 8:00pm.

Our district - newly reconfigured in 2022 - covers northern and eastern Polk County, and includes:

- 18 Precincts

- Primarily Bondurant and North Polk school districts, while including land in 10 other districts

- All of these municipalities: Alleman, Bondurant, Elkhart, Mitchellville, Polk City, Runnells, Sheldahl, while including land in 6 other cities
